Subscription and Billing
After creating your Neuro+ account, choose between a personal or team subscription. Note that if you are planning on creating a team subscription, you will need to create a team first and subscribe under the team account (you can switch teams by clicking on the drop down menu in the top right corner of the dashboard).
Follow the prompts to set up your billing information through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Stripe is trusted by over 300,000 companies worldwide including Amazon, Atlassian, Shopify and Xero. We do not store your credit card details.
Your credit card will be charged for the first month immediately upon sign-up. Subsequent charges will occur monthly on the same date.
To manage your billing information:
- Log in to your Neuro+ dashboard
- Navigate to the billing portal
- Here you can:
- View your next payment date
- Access past invoices and receipts
- Update your billing information
- Cancel your subscription
For team accounts:
- Billing is based on the number of team members currently in your team
- Your monthly charge will automatically adjust as members are added or removed
